Warranties
The majority of the items we sell come a with manufacturers warranty however if your item becomes defective within the first 30 days we will replace it for you (or offer you a refund if you prefer). After 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. For non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you a RMA. We will do our best to make sure that the return process is as smooth as possible if the unlikely event that you need to use it.
