Warranties
The majority of the items we sell come a with manufacturers warranty however if your item becomes defective within the first 30 days we will replace it for you (or offer you a refund if you prefer). After 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. If the manufacturer refuses you warranty service then please contact us immediately so that we can be of assistance.
Returns
You may return your item to us for any reason. If you wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. For non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you a RMA.
